Quite possibly our most prestigious project to date, this large family house was completely renovated and remodelled incorporating the most sophisticated technologies available. The fabric of the building was treated to a new roof and extensive repairs to the exterior stucco plastering were undertaken.  The interior was lovingly brought back to life by our team of craftsmen over a period of 13 months.

Working with traditional methods scrutinised by the architect, many of the original decorative features were restored or adapted to suit the new layout.

The bathrooms are a triumph; blending period restored French bath ware with modern aspects like a steam-room and media accessibility.  Throughout the project Grovecourt supplied the fitted furniture for bedrooms and bathrooms including a magnificent European Walnut Dressing room, complete with hand made glass.

The kitchen is a superb example of understated design incorporating the latest appliances from world -class manufacturers.
